I have extracted the file and got an iso file. How do I install this to my computer (Vista)?
You will need to burn the ISO to a disc with Nero.
Reboot System.
Open BIOS at system start up with probably the F2 key. Tell your systems boot devices to boot from the drive you have the burned ISO disc in.
Reboot.
It will boot the CD and you configure the options from there.
