ok after you install it dont open it!
go to my computer hard drive you installed it to>program files>common files>microsft shared>office12>office setup controller>proof.en
open the xml file in notepad and find this:
ok change always installed to never installed and save the file. then enjoy

Not working.
There are two "AlwaysInstalled"
I replaced them with never installed and it says check to see if the path is correct.
